The "campout" is based out of the recently remodeled "Echo's by the Sea" resort at Copalis Beach. The resort has motel rooms, RV sites, and camping. It is a short walk across the Copalis river bridge to the Green Lantern pub for tasty meals and suds. Day rides up the Devonshire road to Lake Wynooche and to Lake Quinault via Taholah are planned. The campout coincides with summer low tides. A crab feed dinner and beach events are planned at the Franzel family beach house which is 2 miles north of the Echo's.
