BSA Rocket 3 & Triumph Trident

1096 to 1976, Monograph No. 18

By Roy Bacon

The BSA Rocket 3 and Triumph Trident came late to the party in 1968, but with style and performance of their own. Immediately one of the new breed of superbikes, they went on to carve their own niche in the racing world with success and an exhaust howl still remembered by all who heard it in anger. The models may have had a short life, especially the Rocket 3, but it is all recorded here in words and pictures. Soft bound, 6" x 8 ¼", 56 pages, approximately 50 illustrations.

Motorcycle Monographs are handy, pocket-sized series of books for the enthusiast and general readers alike. Each book covers a single marquee, model or machine in depth, the authoritative text being fully supported by contemporary photographs to provide a complete reference source.
